8. Data Retention
jiji5 retains your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, accounting, or reporting requirements.
As a general rule, jiji5 retains account and transaction data for a minimum of five (5) years following the closure of your account, in compliance with Philippine AML regulations and applicable gaming regulations. Identity verification documents are retained for the same period.
Where personal data is no longer required for any lawful purpose, jiji5 will securely delete or anonymize such data in accordance with our data retention and disposal procedures.

12. Minors
The jiji5 Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. jiji5 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
